2006 Trust Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon:  

The warm growing days of the Horse Heaven Hills (Phinney Hills and Champoux Vineyards) and the Columbia Basin (Bacchus) provide the bulk of Cabernet for this bottle. A little Walla Walla off the "rocks" (Kelley) provides some mid-palate lushness and the whole blend is softened with 20% Merlot from the very cool Conner Lee Vineyard on the Wahluke Slope.  Lush dark berries, plum, and minerality race through this well integrated wine.

We're excited to introduce Andre Mack's Mouton Noir wines to Chicago!!!

Mouton Noir Wines are unique and distinctive garage wines produced by Andre H. Mack. Founded in 2004, Mouton Noir Wines began producing wines for New York City restaurants for which Andre was the sommelier.  Andre was formerly the sommelier at the famed French Laundry in Napa and now is the sommelier at Per Se in New York.

We carry the 2007 Montgomery Place Napa Valley Red Blend and the 2007 Mouton Noir Faux-Originale, Eola-Amity Pinot Noir.  They're delicious and limited in quantity.
