2006 Trust Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon:
The warm growing days of the Horse Heaven Hills (Phinney Hills and Champoux Vineyards) and the Columbia Basin (Bacchus) provide the bulk of Cabernet for this bottle. A little Walla Walla off the "rocks" (Kelley) provides some mid-palate lushness and the whole blend is softened with 20% Merlot from the very cool Conner Lee Vineyard on the Wahluke Slope. Lush dark berries, plum, and minerality race through this well integrated wine.

San Francisco Chronicle awards the 2007 Bighorn Gap's Crown Chardonnay a Gold Medal.
This first release of Chardonnay from our Gap's Crown Vineyard on the
Sonoma Coast is a wonderful addition to our Chardonnay program...
Unique in every way from our traditional Camelback Vineyard Chard, this
wine is bursting with citrus and mineral notes and a crisp clean
acidity. Although 100% malolactic and barrel fermented in the same
style as the Camelback - this wine is zesty and light with only the
most delicate notes of butter and oak...
